All courses and seminars will be held at the University of Minnesota Continuing Education and Conference Center,  on the University of Minnesota St. Paul Campus.

Parking

Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the lower level of the center (PL-104) for $6.00 a day, or across Randall Ave. in the fairgrounds lot (PL108) for $3.50 a day.

Textbook Pricing

There will be no textbooks available at the course site.

If there are required, optional and/or related textbooks, you will need to order them from the Appraisal Institute National office prior to the course/seminar.

To purchase a copy the 2012-2013 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (which is required for the 7-Hour and 15-Hour USPAP Courses) you will need to purchase a copy from the Appraisal Foundation.

Textbooks must be ordered prior to the start of the course. No textbooks will be available at the course site!
