Once you have joined the Appraisal Institute you will automatically become a member of a chapter. The North Star Chapter has four or five meetings and various social events during the year which will allow you to network within the appraisal industry, providing opportunities to forge and maintain important business and professional relationships within your community. You will be joining a family of real estate professionals who are truly the most qualified in the industry. Membership Fees

Associate membership dues are $310 plus North Star chapter dues of $130 annually. Members joining after January 1st will receive pro-rated invoices. Associate members may be required to pay various fees to submit applicable requirements.

Affiliate membership dues are $190 plus North Star chapter dues of $75 annually. Student Affiliate membership is also available for a $40 annual fee plus North Star chapter dues of $10. Pro-rated invoices will be issued for members joining after January 1st.
